Gainesville, FL---The pollsters remain relatively kind to the Florida Gators this week, despite the narrow, last second win over Louisiana Lafayette Saturday.

That 27-20 victory leaving the Gators with an injury question concerning starting quarterback Jeff Driskel.

The sophomore came out of the narrow win over Lousiana Lafayette in the third quarter with a sprained ankle, he left the game and didn't come back. Here's what Will Muschamp said today when asked about Jeff's status heading into the week of work in advance of Jacksonville State's visit to the Swamp Saturday.

" We will see how the swelling goes. Some guys recover quicker than others. Based on what Anthony Pass and I talked about this morning, I feel like Wednesday we will see what he can do, if he can do anything. If not, we will move forward. We will be fine. Jacoby Brissett will play well."

Jacoby Brissett played well enough in relief this past Saturday tossing for the tying score helping to set up the "hand of Purifoy" blocked punt and touchdown. With either starter the Gators will be heavy favorites.
