Muschamp Talks About Positive From the Loss in Jax

Gainesville, FL---Coming off the ugly loss to Georgia, in which the Gators did their best to give that game away, Will Muschamp's working this week to regroup and get his team back on track.

As poorly as Florida played, with 6 turnovers eventually doing them in, well Will Muschamp still believes there's something positive to come out of that defeat. And that has to do with the kind of heart he says his players showed Saturday.

"Very pleased with the effort, we have a very resilient group of young men in the locker room. You turn the ball over 6 times, you face a lot of adversity in the game, and we're driving to win the game on the last drive of the game. That says a lot about our football team, and that says a lot about the guys in the locker room that they were able to overcome a lot of self-inflicted issues to continue to fight to win the game and have the opportunity. six turnovers, you should've walked out of there losing by four touchdowns, honestly. It says a lot of the character on our football team, what we've got going on in that locker room."

Missouri heads to Gainesville Saturday with a 4-4 record, all four losses in SEC play, including a thumping at home earlier this month at the hands of 'bama. This game the early SEC game of the week on our CW network at 11.
