Niceville, FL-- The third and final game between the teams of Northwest Florida and Gulf Coast, will be Saturday night, February 9th.

On the men's side of things, the Raiders are looking for the sweep, having won by 5 in the first conference game between them, then winning by 14 in Niceville a couple of weeks ago.

That helping Coach Forbes' team to it's 7-1 conference record, which is a game ahead of Chipola atop the league.

And though they're playing well, this certainly is no time for complacency says Forbes,

"We're glad we have the lead and we're glad we are 7-1 with four games to go but we still have a goal to do. We have a goal to win the Panhandle Conference and qualify for the Region Tournament. So we gotta take care of business in this last round. You know I think the first round you're trying to figure eachother out, you're doing a little sparring, in the second round you throw a couple body blows, then in the third round you gotta knock some people out, and that's kind of where we're at."

As for the ladies, they split their first two games, so tomorrow night's the rubber match. The Lady Raiders go in tied with Chipola at 6-2, Gulf Coast in third at 5-3. The women play at 5:30, the men at 7:30.
