Lynn Haven, FL--Mosley today introduced it's next Athletic Director, Danny Nagy, who is a Bay, Gulf Coast and Florida State alum. Nagy has been with the school as an assistant football coach for several years. Nagy says it was an easy decision to apply for the job and even easier to accept it when it was offered. He feels his experience at the school already will be a big factor in keeping the program at a high level. "You know I've worked with all these coaches since I've been here in 2001. I think the administration and coach Jennings they've always done a great job in bringing in quality coaches and quality teachers. And I'm gonna continue to do that as Athletic Director, with the help of Miss Harrison. I just want to do the things that I can do to keep the program successful."
Nagy says he will continue on as a defensive coach on Perry Brown's staff. Danny praised his predecessor Tim Jennings, whom Nagy calls a great mentor and somebody he will continue to lean on in the future. Jennings is retiring at the end of this school year after 12 years at A.D. and some 25 years at Mosley.
Nagy was a letter winner in football and baseball at Bay before graduating in 1988.
