TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- EJ Manuel threw for a career-best 329 yards and four touchdowns Saturday as No. 5 Florida State defeated Charleston Southern 62-10 in a tune-up for next week's showdown against top-ranked Oklahoma.
