After the game, Lady Raiders head coach Patrick Harrington was very happy with the way his team played on both sides of the ball.
"I was pleased with our defensive intensity," said Harrington. "We talk about hand pressure, ball pressure, hand activity. I thought we got our hands in some passing lane, we made some adjustments at halftime. That's a very good Gulf Coast team, they did a real good job on the boards, very happy with the way we played tonight, very happy we spread it around."
