Tallahassee, FL---Perhaps Mother Nature just doesn't like West Gadsden football, perhaps it's simply tough timing.
The Panthers taking a second shot at finishing out a win at FAMU Monday but again bad weather preventing that game from officially ending.
Because of severe weather blowing through some parts of the region Friday night, West Gadsden's game at FAMU was stopped in the first quarter with the Panthers leading 10-0.
So West Gadsden went back east Monday to finish that one up. Or least tried to.
The Panthers adding to that in the second quarter, Qwuanttrezz Knight with a pass to Marquis Brown who made a nice catch in the corner of the end zone to make it 17-0.
In the 4th quarter the Panthers extend the lead when Anthony Murphy rattled off a 38 yard td run, making it 24-0 West Gadsden.
With six minutes left in the game, a lightning storm comes in, and forces them to stop the action. Unlikely they'll finish it at a later date, for now call it a 24-0 Panthers win.
