Pirates Able to Look Back at Successful 2013 Season

Panama City Beach, FL---It's safe to say it was a rather successful second season for the area's Premier Development League soccer franchise.

The Panama City Beach Pirates seeing their season end a few nights ago with a 4-0 loss to the Austin Aztex Friday in Austin Texas.
So the final record for the Pirates winds up at 10-4-1. Plenty for coach Greg DeVito and his players to be proud of.

The coach telling us everyone in this league is looking to improve and get noticed some league further up the professional chain, so it's sometimes tough to get all the players on the same page so to speak.

DeVito says his guys bought in from the start, played as a team, always worked to do what was best for the team. The result of all that a very good season, and an entertaining product. The fans responding, several hundred folks turning out for the 7 home matches.

You can feel the mometum building for this team, we're already looking forward to next season.
