Panama City Beach, FL---Three. that's the number of matches the Panama City Beach Pirates have left in their season.

One. That's the number of points back they are from second place, which would put them in position for a spot in the Premier Development League Playoffs.

PCB was in dire need of a victory and the three points that come with it Saturday night at Gavlak.

They played up to the must win standard, defeating Orlando City 2-0 thanks to a pair of first half goals and 90 minutes of shutdown defense.

The victory allows the Pirates to leapfrog Orlando in the standings, jumping from 5th to 4th, where they're just behind IMG Bradenton and Southwest Florida, the latter who happens to be the Pirates next opponent.

They'll play in Naples this Friday at 6:00 PM CT. The last time they faced off was when they tied in PCB's home opener on June 7th.
