Pirates Fall on the Home Pitch

Panama City Beach, FL--The Panama City Beach Pirates found themselves Friday in a do or die situation heading to the pitch at Gavlak.

The Pirates hosting Ocala, the Stampede the first place team in the division they share.

The Pirates knowing a loss would eliminate them from any shot at the playoffs this season.

This one though all Stamped who would find the net in the 21st minute on a cannon shot from in front by Douglas Dos Santos.

About 23 minutes after that, it's a free kick for Ocala, Talysson DeOliveria, another cannon shot if you will, that makes it 2-0.

Then just before the half, in stoppage time a great individual effort by Ocala's Karamba Janneh, as he split the defenders then beats Jeremy Crumpton with a rifle shot to the left side, it was 3-0 at the
¶half.

Ocala adds another in the second half, it ends four zip.Pirates 6-6-3 now, they're eliminated from playoff contention, final match at Mississippi Sunday.
