Panama City Beach, FL--To the links now starting Wednesday it's another big step attempted in the golf career of Mosley alum Zach Primavera. Zach just finishing up a second practice round at Auburn University Golf Club. Tomorrow it's the first of four rounds of play in a first stage PGA Tour Qualifier.
Zach hoping to play his way in the next couple of months on to the 2012 PGA or Nationwide Tour! After three years of collegiate golf and dozens of amatuer, and in recent weeks, mini tour pro events, Primavera feels he's ready to take a shot at the guys on tour.

Q-School competitor

"I've seen, I've been to a couple events, I've seen what the guys hit on the range and on the golf course, and quite honestly, you know amateur and college players like myself, they don't hit any better it's just their short games, around the greens and putting is the huge factor of why they make the money that they do. And that's what I've been working on a lot."

Zach by the way with a first and a third place finish in two recent Emerald Coast Pro Golf Tour events. His father George will be caddying for him up at Auburn, where he does have local knowledge since that was his home course when he played juco golf up there.
