Panama City, FL---The Rutherford Rams get the chance to play for the 5A-1 district title Saturday night, thanks to their semifinal win Friday night over Gulf Breeze 64-34.
The Rams jumped out to a 12 first quarter lead, and built that lead to 34-15 by the half. They cruise from there to win by 30, Khaliel Spearman leading the way with 15 points.
The Rams, now 21-2, beating Gulf Breeze for the third time this season. They hope to make it 3 for 3 against Choctaw. in Saturday's district championship. The Indians knocking off two seed and tournament host Bay 47-44 Friday.
That title game set for 7 o'clock at the Cobb Gym on the Bay campus.

-A bit later they work the outside, Gabe Steele, top of the key, three more for the Rams.
-Second quarter now, Khaliel Spearman connects for two of his game high 15. Rams lead the entire way, win by 30. So coach Ross would sit back and watch the other semi to see who they would play next.
