Rams Clobber Marlins Monday

Panama City Beach, FL---The Rutherford Rams are still unbeaten in 5A-1 play, after heading west Monday and coming up with a 68-32 win at Arnold.

The Rams beginning the game on a 15-5 run and never looking back. They built the lead to 20 by halftime, 38-18. They continued to stretch the lead, eventually winning the game by 36.

The Rams now 14-2 overall, 7-0 in district play, as they continue to work to lock down the top seed in next month's district tournament. Spearman and Josh Wade each scoring 14 points.

The Rams play at Mosley Friday and then host a showdown with Marianna, who moved to 17-0 Monday night with a 48-37 win over Blountstown.

Some shadows on the court because of small lighting issue, that did not bother the guys in black, first the feed to the corner for Josh Wade who knocks down three.

Then the pressure forces the turnover, Khaliel Spearman gets it, drives in and scores.

Arnold working to keep it from getting away early, work it to Joe Craig who hits the jumper from the free throw line.

Still the Rams start on a 15-5 run, and keep pouring it on, again pressure in the corner, the turnover, Spearman gives to Gabe Steele, his shot is off but Wade's there to clean it up.
