Springfield, FL---The Rutherford boy's soccer team notched it's second win of the young season with a win on the home field against Wakulla in a non district match Tuesday night.

Both teams took some shots in the first half, but nothing found the opponent's net.

In the second half, Rutherford's Cesar Jurado would find the back of Wakulla's net and that would turn out to be the only goal of the match, which ended 1-0. The Rams record moving to 2-0-3 on the season.

The video attached shows the following:

The Rams in white trying to break the scoreless tie in the first half, Tyler Le gets the indirect kick, lobs it towards the front of the net, but the War Eagles goalie there to smother it.

On the other end, the Rams kicking it back to goalie Andrew Mask who tries to clear it, but that's intercepted and sent back his way, but Jacob Martinez's shot is too high.

Rams later with good ball movement, Aldo Gomez kicks it it, then blocks the attempt to clear it, ahead to Cesar Jurado who tries to center, that's knocked out, eventually the Rams Sebastian Beletic takes the shot from way out, and that sails high.

Jurado would however connect for a ¶goal in the second half and that would be all the Rams need, as they win 1-0.
