Panama City, FL--Mosley and Rutherford wound up not just trying to beat each other in their Friday preseason Classic, but also trying to beat an angry Mother Nature.
Those two teams playing a spirited first quarter before bad weather rolled in, the Rams scoring first on a nice looking 33 yard connection from Dallas Davis to Dondrell Harris.
The Dolphins countered with a long touchdown run by Ryan Rodgers and another score on a 29 yard pass from Zach Rhodes to Nat Dixon.
Mosley led it 13-7 before a long rain and lightning delay. They did resume the game later in the evening, with the Rams rallying from a 20-7 deficit to win the game 24-20.
Mosley plays for real next week at Wakulla, the Rams also open on the road at Florida in Tallahassee.
