Springfield, FL-- We start on the high school football front, and over at Rutherford where coach Rolson is working to get his guys ready for their second district game. The Rams coming off a bye week and before that, their first league game, a disappointing defeat at the hands of the Arnold Marlins.
That makes the equation pretty simple heading into this week's game, the Rams in pretty much a must win situation, and that's tough since they're going against the top dog so far in 5-A one, 6 and oh West Florida Tech.

Jeff Rolson
Rutherford Head Coach

"They throw the ball well, they've got athletes in the backfield and on the perimeter. The quarterback's accurate and can run as well, so they've been difficult for anyone to stop. But their defense is been much improved. They're good up front, they've got two standup ends and three interior defensive lineman, they're quality players, so they're gonna pose a challenge for us."

The Rams now 2-4 overall, again oh and one in district. That game in Pensacola, a 7 o'clock start Friday.
