SPRINGFIELD, Fla- Rutherford is hosting the Arnold Marlins Friday, and the latter need a win to keep any state playoff hopes alive. The Rams are playing for pride, they're 2-6 overall and already eliminated from postseason contention.

"Life's about adversity, we''ve faced adversity and they've faced it. AT no time is that a reason to lay down and quit." Head coach Jeff Rolson said. "We went out on the field last week against Pensacola, and the kids fought hard and had an opportunity and were in that game, so if they'll do the same we gave an opportunity to win this week. That would be a great way to finish to play great in the last three games and win two of them, I think that would help our program and help us build for the future."

That game Friday night set for 7.
