Even though we are four years away from the 2016 Olympic Games, it's never too early to start practicing your stroke.
Hundreds of people showed up to Spinnaker Saturday afternoon in hopes of meeting three Olympians, Justin Zook, Connor Dwyer and Ryan Lochte.
We got a chance to speak with Ryan about his training for the 2016 games in Rio de Janero:
"I'm getting older. I got to change my training regiment. I can't just go into the pool and bang out all these yardage, like long yardages because it will hurt me in the long run so I'm definitely going to be picking different events for Rio. The events, I have no idea what I am going to be picking but they will be on the shorter side"
Ryan's next big even will be this December in Turkey.
