New Orleans, LA--The Florida Panhandle has it's own representative in this year's BCS Championship game. That rep is Grand Ridge native and 2008 Blountstown graduate Ryan Baker. The senior linebacker for LSU will be making his 25th and final start for the Tigers come Monday. And to say the least Ryan knows he's playing for more than just himself come Monday.

"You know it feels good. I'm representing a small town and the small town people back in Florida. So you know I'm having a great time. You know I don't think we get as much recognition as we should back in the small towns. You know it's great to actually speak for those guys and show we can actually play around here. It's a lot of weight on my shoulders but I welcome it with open hands."

Ryan with 58 tackles and 1 and a half sacks this season.
