Tuscaloosa, AL---It is likely going to be a less intense week of work for Nick Saban and his Crimson Tide.

Sure they'll tell you they'll prepare with the same intensity for Colorado State as they did for Texas A and M! But we all know better.

Coming off the big win in College Station, Saban seems very pleased with his guys, whom he says showed big time improvement over that first game against the Hokies, especially given the hostile atmosphere!

"I"m really pleased with the competitive character that we showed in the game, on the road getting down 14-0. Obviously played a lot better offensively, communicated better. Controlled the line of scrimmage up front, didn't have a lot of negative plays. Had a lot of balance, running the ball as well as being able to throw effectively, and not having a lot of pressure in the pocket.

This week's opponent Colorado State a 1-2 team out of the Mountain West, losses to Colorado and Tulsa, a win over Cal Poly. The Tide favored by 41, that game Saturday night at 6 central.
