Panama City Beach, FL--It's been a rather incredible 8 week run for Mosley alum and current Florida State golfer Chase Seiffert.
At the beginning of May he won the Sherman Invitational at the Panama County Club.
He then took part in the NCAA Championship at the end of May, the Seminoles finishing tied for 8th.
Chase followed that up with a 4 shot win last week in the Florida State Amateur Championshp in Jupiter.
All that making it seem like choosing to play at FSU was a very good call.
"Oh definitely, says Chase "I couldn't see myself anywhere else. We have good facilities, and a great coach, it's helped my game more than anything."
Before he went to FSU, Chase spent two years at Central Alabama Community College and that move as well, really paying off.
"I really don't regret going there at all, that helped my game improve, just get experience, and playing. And had a great coach and facilities there too. And I loved every bit of that."
Coming up next week we'll go much more in depth with Chase about these experiences, the confidence level he's playing with and his hope of carrying it all over into a spot in the United States Amateur Championship in August.
