Round one out there Tuesday, Chase firing a 2 over 73, par is 71 out there. That the third best among the 5 FSU golfers, he's tied for 42nd individually out of 150.
Three birdies, four bogeys part of Seiffert's round. Chase the reigning champ of the Sherman Invitational at the Panama Country Club running away with that title with a score of 11 under earlier this month.
FSU tied for 8th in the standings after day one, the Gators are 7th.
