Sharks Set for Road Trip to Bozeman

Port St. Joe, FL--The Port St. Joe Sharks are hoping to make it two for two this young football season when they travel to Bozeman Friday night. The Sharks and Bucks make up our Southern Orthopedic Specialists Game of the Week.

Both teams coming off week one victories, here's St. Joe Head Coach Chuck Gannon talking about his team's 48-6 win over Wewa.

"We thought we came out and played pretty well. We got after it, we swarmed to the football real well. We did a good job of blocking, our lineman did a pretty good job. And we have a few backs that we can put back there and give the ball to, and our quarterback handled our squad pretty well, got us in the right spots, the right positions. So I thought we did a pretty good job."

Gannon expecting a tougher test this time around, especially after watching the Bucks on film as they ran over West Gadsden last Friday.

"Their size kind of intimidates you right off the bat. You know they got some huge lineman, I don't know what their size is across the front, but they got some big people up front. They got some tall receivers. And then you put number five back there, Martinez and that just makes it that much tougher on you."

That game at Bozeman Friday night at 7 central, it will be among the games we feature on Friday Night Overtime.
