We'll get about an hour of just kind of going over some things, not a whole lot of conditioning. We've done that Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, now it's kind of time to get our legs back, get our minds right. We definitely don't want to go in fatigued, so a lot of shooting today. We'll watch some games this afternoon and this evening. We'll go back home, to our rooms and get some rest, we've got a big day tomorrow."

Dwyer's making it's third straight trip to the state finals, losing in the semi's the last two years. They did win it all in oh-4 and oh-5. Fort Walton Beach making just it's third trip ever to state, without a title previously. They did make it to the title game back in 97 under coach Pons. That game Friday 11:30 eastern. Good luck to coach Lavin and his guys.
