The Seminoles lose a heart breaker to N.C. State

RALEIGH, North Carolina-The Florida State Seminoles were looking to make it 6 straight wins in Raleigh playing against North Carolina State.

The 'Noles coming off a bye week, which gave Ponder sore arm time to rest. Christian also showing his legs were strong, runs to the corner, gets the ball across, replay confirmed it...that tied the game at 7. Later in the second, after a good hit forced a fumble, Ponder converts with another short TD run, Then just before the half, Christian puts his team in the end zone again, this time tossing to Willie Haulstead 21-7 Seminoles at halftime. Third quarter though N.C. State gets two rushing td's from their quarterback Russell Wilson, so the game was tied at 21 into the 4th quarter.....FSU gets a late field goal, Pack answers with a 4th and goal play, Wilson to the tight end George Bryan, 28-24 N.C. State.
