The Seminoles talk about why it's doubly important for them to beat South Carolina in the Chik-Fil-A Bowl.

The Seminoles talk about why it

Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher hopes the Seminoles' first game, a 59-6 win against Samford, is exactly how today's second home against BYU goes as well.

To football and some more bowl game chatter from the Seminoles who are back on the practice field this week following a break for exams and rest last week. The 'noles take on South Carolina in Atlanta New Year's Eve, both teams 9-4, so a pretty good matchup on paper. Jimbo Fisher pounding it into his guys this game really matters, not just for how this season ends, but how the next one begins.

Lonnie Pryor
FSU Running Back

"Like coach said we're gonna finish what we started. We got one more game left, we started this, and we're gonna finish it and hopefully get ten wins. And like he said, if we win this game, it trends forward to next year with rankings and how players come recruiting wise so it also transfers to next year."

The last time the 'noles won ten games in a season believe it or not, 2003.
