TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) -- Alabama beefed up its highly rated recruiting class by landing two defensive tackles on signing day.
The additions of Korren Kirven and Dalvin Tomlinson on Wednesday put the finishing touches on a group that featured blue-chippers across the defense and loaded up at wide receiver and tailback.
The Crimson Tide positioned itself to potentially have the nation's No. 1 class by at least one recruiting service for the third time in four years.
Most of the prospects were lined up well before signing day. They include one of the nation's top running backs in T.J. Yeldon and three of the top-rated receivers, including 5-star athlete Eddie Williams.
Coveted safety Landon Collins and linebackers Reggie Ragland and Denzel Devall also highlight the class. Eight signees have already enrolled.
