Tornadoes Top Dolphins on the Hardwood

Panama City, FL---Bay and Mosley are separated by three and a half miles. These two county rivals are a stones throw from each other, and Thursday, shared the court with each other in a district matchup with a little something extra on the line.

Bragging rights would be taken as the two were pumped to face off and played that way with pedal to the medal speed.

In the highlights attached above from the first half, Javylon Wilson gets the steal off double team, then passes to Rayshawn Patterson and says you finish it. They're up six.

Patterson wasn't done, he had a big game. Tommy Wade finds Rayshawn cutting to the rim and he adds two more points to his total. They're up 8.

But here comes Mosley. Nat Dixon from three. Too dangerous. Knocks that down to cut it to five. Bay takes a timeout.

But that won't slow Dixon. The steal in the open court and the kid's clear for takeoff. Bay's lead continued to shrink.

As Donovan Albert comes up with the steal and the slam to tie the game.

The Tornadoes stop messing around though and take over at home. Donald Taylor knocks down the trifecta as Bay goes off, taking it 89-56.

Patterson had 23 in the win. Dixon 24 in the loss.
