Marianna, FL--Call it indication that occasionally, lightning does strike twice in the same spot. Two different student athletes hit half-court shots in the span of some 90 minutes Saturday night at Chipola.
Both landing 50 inch flat screen plasma televisons with those strokes. The first winner, Marianna middle schooler, 14 year old Jameel Wilson, banked in a half court shot during a break of the Chipola women's game, against Pensacola. That won him a 50 inch plasma tv.
Then during a break in the men's game, Cephus Green, a student at the Tolar School in Bristol steps up and gets nothing but net in his half court shot, winning him a 50 inch plasma.
