Prostejov, Czech Republic---Retired Bay county teacher and tennis coach Bettty Wachob is on the verge of a rather presitgious international team title.
Wachob is playing in the ITF's Kitty Godfree Cup, an event for for seniors 65 and over, taking place at the Czech Republic's National Tennis Center.
Wachob's part of the four person team USA which Thursday beat Australia in the semifinals.
Betty and her doubles partner Brenda Carter winning their match, the U.S. sweeping that tie 3-0, two singles and the doubles.
So Wachob and team USA will face France in Saturday's final! We wish them the best of luck!
