Panama City Beach, FL---At 12:01 AM Saturday morning, local anglers will be out on the water for the first ever Wahoo-Amberjack Round-Up, out to benefit the Artificial Reef Association.

Organizers of the new tourney are expecting boats to come away happy with big hauls and an enjoyable experience.

"Summer's coming to a close," says tournament organizer Tom Putnam. "It's a great time. Fall fishing is actually, that's when i love to fish. The weather starts getting a little cooler, fishing is actually great, so the wahoo are still going to be around for a couple months. But it's not as many boats so we all get to enjoy it a little bit better."

The captains meeting was Friday at 6:00 PM. Weigh ins are Saturday from 5:00-7:00 PM at Treasure Island Marina.
