Walker Gets in Some Dunks in Chicago

Chicago, IL---Holmes senior Chris Walker able to show off his talents among the nation's elite high school players Wednesday night as part of the McDonald's All American Game at the United Center in Chicago.

Walker, playing for the East squad, did not start for his side, but did get some minutes in the first half, racking up a nice block underneath.

He didn't score in the first half, but did get a couple of nice dunks in the second half, also had a couple of free throws. All in all it seemed like great experience for the Holmes center, who earlier this year helped the Blue Devils to their first ever basketball state championship.

Walker, who signed with Florida a few months ago, is not finished traveling, he's due in the New York area next week as he's set to take part in the Jordan Brand Classic All Star game a week from Saturday in Brooklyn.

The attached video shows the following:

Walker showing off his defensive skills, the folks in Bonifay and all around the Panhandle have seen plenty of this,as he goes up and gets the block.

A bit later, early second half, Walker trying to show off his outside jump shot, doubt Billy Donovan's going to let him do that much in Gainesville.

Later in the second half, he finally gets on the board with a few points, two coming on the nice dunk!

The West going on to win the game which was for the most part, pretty sloppy, still great experience for Walker.
