Bonifay, FL-- Chris Walker knows that with great potential comes great responsibility. Mainly because his coach, Poe White, says so:

"We are expecting a lot out of him and so far he is playing phenomenal."

Phenomenal might be an understatement. Walker is almost averaging a triple double with twenty seven points, fifteen rebounds and eight blocks per game.

A level of play Chris says, he will have to maintain if they plan to reach their team goals,

"Win as many tournaments as we can and go to State of course and hopefully win that."

Chris is a top ten player in the country and for highly recruited players like Walker, this can be a hectic time of year with every major college coach knocking on your door. But since Chris committed early to Florida he is able to focus on the more important things like Holmes' season and his grades:

"Since I committed early I can have coach Donovan and the whole (Florida) coaching staff come here any time they want to and check on my grades and everything. That's another reason I committed early."
