Zach Primavera has to wait until Wednesday to find out if he's advancing to the match play part of the U.S. Amateur Championship outside Milwaukee!

Hartford, WI-- To golf and it's going to be a rather anxious night ahead for Mosley alum Zach Primavera as he waits to see if he's advancing to match play at the U.S. Amateur Championship outside Milwaukee. Because of a weather delay, several golfers unable to finish the second round of stroke play. Zach did finish, firing a one under 71 at Erin Hills Tuesday, finishing stroke play at even par.
Earlier in the afternoon, that looked pretty good for moving on, as others came in though, Zach and the others at even par went from tied for 54th to now tied for 62nd.
So Primavera and the others at par will have to wait for the rest of the field to finish Wednesday morning. And it's very possible, those at even par will have a playoff to try and make the field of 64 moving to match play. Another local, Richard Maddox with a two over at blue mound golf club where par was 70, he finished 15 over up there.
