HUTCHINSON, KS- The Northwest Florida men's basketball team played for the NJCAA national title game Saturday against South Plains and fell short of winning the school's second national title.

Although the Raiders had 5 players in double figures it wasn't enough to overcome an early deficit and a big night by Texans guard Marshall Henderson who had 34 points to lead South Plains to the 81-68 win. Northwest ends the season with a 31-2 record. South Plains finishes undefeated at 36-0.
