Neysa has been a news anchor for WJHG TV in Panama City Beach since July of 1993. She has won many awards including number one media personality in Bay County, Troy State University Broadcast Journalism Alumnae of the year for 2004 and was named Bay County First Lady of the year by the service organization Beta Sigma Phi for 2004.

Neysa lends her talents to many events in the community for which she has been awarded the key to the city of Panama City Beach by the mayor, and was presented the Citizenship Award by the Bay County Sheriff's Office, was named Ambassador of Goodwill for the Central Panhandle Chapter of the American Red Cross several years in a row and was chosen as "Role Model" for "Girls Incorporated".

She has served on many different boards including The Bay County Drug Court, Bay County Crisis Pregnancy Center & Bay County Convoy of Hope. Most weekends you can find her speaking at churches, women's conferences, prisons and any number of benefit concerts, 300 plus musical performances a year.

November 2000, Neysa released her second recording "Keep Believing" which was nominated as album of the year in 2001. Neysa has been nominated as soloist of the year for three years straight. "Keep Believing" was the number one selling album in several Bay County Book stores for two consecutive months. It was also played in the Oval Office for President George W. Bush who made a request for Neysa to sing the title song at the White House and requested a copy of the CD for his personal collection.

Neysa released an album of Christmas favorites "No Place Like Home" December of 2003 and is set to release a new project "Give me the Word" in June of 2004. In January 2004 Neysa traveled with three others to Kiev, Ukraine where she helped to buy clothes and food for some 40 homeless street children. I was a trip that changed her perspective on life in a very profound and positive way.

Neysa grew up in Warner Robins, Georgia. She is a graduate of Troy State University with a dual degree in Broadcast Journalism, and Music Performance. She performed with Opryland USA in Nashville, Tennessee for two seasons. She's a bit of a daredevil. She's jumped with the Golden Knights parachute demonstration team and has even flown an F-16 with the "Thunderbirds". One of her greatest thrills was carrying the Olympic torch for the 2002 Winter Games in Utah.

She lives in Panama City Beach with her two dogs, Isaac and Ezekial.
