Tim joined the WJHG-TV sports department as the Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter in October 2007. He comes to Panama City from Terre Haute Indiana, where he served as the Sports Director at WTHI-TV for almost 2 years. Over the last 2 years Tim has been fortunate enough to cover such large sporting events as Super Bowl 41, The Indianapolis 500, The Brickyard 400, as well as 2 years of Indianapolis Colts training camp. Before moving to Indiana, Tim gained his experience as a sports reporter and fill-in anchor at WMFD-TV in his home town of Mansfield, Ohio. A graduate of Ashland University, Tim earned a degree in Electronic Media Production. He was the Sports Director at both TV2 and WRDL (radio) during college. Tim was the voice of Ashland University football for 4 years. He also had an internship with FSN Ohio, where Tim covered Cleveland Indians baseball. Tim feels lucky to be covering sports in the Florida Panhandle. Tim is a die hard Cleveland Sports fan (Indians, Cavs, and Browns) and also loves The Ohio State University. In his free time Tim enjoys boating, golfing, playing cards, and watching sports.
