FHP: One dead, one critically injured in collision

According to Florida Highway Patrol, one man is dead and a woman is critically injured after a collision in Okaloosa County early Saturday morning.

We're told the 79-year-old man was taken to an area hospital with serious injures.

The one-mile walk served as a way for those who have lost a child or sibling to remember that those who are lost are never truly gone.

The inaugural Historic Downtown Block Party kicked off Saturday morning with vendors, food, and live music at both ends of Harrison Avenue.
