Panama City Beach hosts annual Christmas parade

Panama City Beach held its annual Christmas parade Saturday at Pier Park.

Organizers say they're are behind last year's numbers. They still need thousands of toys and shoes to stuff the bus for local kids this Christmas.

Officials say the turtles were stunned in the cold New England water. Many of the turtles show obvious signs of illness.

According to officials, one of the drivers is believed to have run a red light.
