PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A Dothan man is facing charges after Panama City police say he talked to undercover officers about prostituting a person.
Chad Seymore, 41, of Dothan, Alabama is charged with forcing someone to become a prostitute and unlawful use of two-way communication device.
Arrest reports from the Panama City Police Department say Seymore coerced a person to commit prostitution for $240 an hour.
The report also says Seymore talked to undercover officers about the prostitute on a text app on his cell phone.
Seymore was arrested at the La Quinta Inn on 23rd Street in Panama City Tuesday.
