In August, the three men were arrested in connection with the death of Jason Ian Price, 16, in Panama City Beach.

NewsChannel 7/ Local 18 News reached out to Ian Price's mom, Lora Newell who gave us this exclusive statement:

"I believe in our justice system. I am very grateful for all of the law enforcement involved. They have not only walked myself, but my youngest son and our family through every step of this devastating painful journey offering incredible support. From the PCBPD, PCPD, BCSO, to the State Attorneys Office. This process takes time and we must be patient for the end result. I am confident justice will be served for my precious son Ian."
