Police: Children living in unsanitary home, couple arrested

PARKER, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A Parker couple faces child neglect and drug-related charges after police say there were children living in unsanitary conditions.

According to arrest reports from the Parker Police Department, Cassady Clifton and Sean Morgan were living in a home off of Arrow Street with children.

Investigators say there was animal feces and urine throughout the home including where one of the children slept.

They say during the search, drugs were found in a safe in the couple's bedroom.

Clifton and Morgan were arrested Thursday. Both were on probation at the time of the arrest.
