Good Wednesday morning everyone!
It's a quiet start on VIPIR7 Doppler Radar this morning with clear skies overhead. We'll have another beautiful sunny day to look forward to.
But temperatures were quite cold once again where inland conditions started out below freezing and some 30s are reaching the coast. Yesterday's cold front is bringing us a cold shot for today as highs will stay in the 50s this afternoon. So be sure to dress warmly.
For those wanting temperatures to return to a more seasonal feel or at least not as cold as today, there's good news! The next several days will be running at or above average as the next trough heading south is not very deep, meaning there's not as much cold air or lift in the atmosphere reaching all the way down to the south.
So while another cold front will be heading our way Thursday into Friday our temps will likely remain in the 60s in the afternoon. And for those wanting a little warmth, it's looking to move our way by the late weekend, however, it may come with a stretch of unsettled weather heading into early next week.
For today, abundant sunshine continues with chilly highs in the upper 50s. Your VIPIR7 Day Forecast will show some pleasant days ahead to finish out the work week and kick off the upcoming weekend.
