Arnold and Bay show out for the Bay County Track and Field Championship

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) -The Bay County Track and Field Championship was on Thursday with all six high schools coming out to compete.

The Arnold girls team took first place with 152 points and first place finishes in the long jump, 100 meter dash, 4x100 relay, and 200 meter dash.

The North Bay Haven girls team took second with 136 points and first place finishes in the high jump, javelin throw, 4x800 relay, 1600 meter run, 800 meter run, and 3200 meter run.

The Bay boys team took first place with 163.5 points and first place finishes in the discus throw, shotput, 100 meter dash, 4x100 relay, 400 meter dash, 300 meter hurdles, 200 meter dash, and the 4x400 relay.

The Arnold Boys team took second with 144 points and first place finishes in high jump, long jump, 110 meter hurdles, 1600 meter run, 800 meter run, and the 3200 meter run.
