PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A man is facing charges after reportedly showing a gun in the parking lot of a local condominium complex.

Panama City Police tell us neighbors got into a confrontation and Roger Rowe reportedly showed a gun. They say when they got to the scene, Rowe was inside his apartment at the complex and wouldn’t come out.

Police say they dispatched its Crisis Negotiation Team and SWAT team as a precaution. They say negotiators were able to get Rowe to come out without incident.

Rowe was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

A confrontation between neighbors involving a gun became heated Thursday morning at the Sun Harbor condominiums in Panama City. One person has been taken in for questioning by Panama City Police.
