PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Hurricane Elsa continues to move north tonight as the storm passes just west of the west coast of the Florida peninsula. The storm poses little threat to us in Northwest Florida. The biggest impacts will be felt over Franklin Co where they will see 1-2′ of storm surge, breezy NE winds at 20+ mph, and periods of rain.
