New reports from FBI say fraud is on the rise

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A new FBI report shows fraud is up nationally. Crime and Safety Analyst Paul Vecker stopped by the News Channel 7 studio to tell viewers what rates are looking like here locally.
