Topgolf now open in Panama City Beach

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - The wait is over. Topgolf in Panama City Beach is set to swing open its doors Friday, June 27.

The newest facility is located next to Pier Park and will feature 74 outdoor climate-controlled hitting bays spanning two levels.

Guests can enjoy food and drinks while working on perfecting their swing or just learning how to with the signature “Sure Thing” club.

The new location brought in hundreds of jobs to the area. Staff members said they are excited to add to the growth that is happening in Panama City Beach and are ready to tee off.

“We’ve hired hundreds of people here in the city, so it’s been really great to bring such job opportunities to everybody. The training is really hands-on. We’ve been training for three weeks, so we’re very confident that our staff is well-versed in how to play the game, how to teach our new players how to play the game, the ins and outs. A lot of our players come here with a lot of questions, and we’ve been training our team to be ready to answer all those questions,” said Director of Sales, Stephanie Hall.

Hall said be one of the first to experience Topgolf in Panama City Beach on Friday, June 27, and enjoy two hours of free game play from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The offer is for walk-ins only and excludes food and drinks.
