Fort Walton Beach Man sentenced to federal prison for fraud
OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A Fort Walton Beach man has been sentenced to federal prison after pleading guilty to fraud charges.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Marcus Bernard Clark, 30, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison after pleading guilty to fraudulent possession of 15 or more unauthorized access devices and aggravated identity theft.
During an investigation in September and October 2022, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office confiscated Clark’s phone and discovered 200 photographs and some short videos of different individuals’ credit and debit cards.
Officials determined the photos were taken at a Wendy’s fast-food restaurant while Clark was working there.
