Neysa joined the NewsChannel 7 family in 1993.
She has won many awards including number one media personality in Bay County, Troy University Broadcast Journalism Alumnae of the year, Bay County First Lady of the year as well as one of the top ten most influential women in Bay County.
Neysa lends her talents to many community events for which she has been awarded the key to the city of Panama City Beach, and the Citizenship Award by the Bay County Sheriff's Office. She is a board member for Children's Home Society, President of Women’s Connection, a member of Beta Sigma Phi and the Woman’s Club of Panama City.
Most weekends you can find her speaking/singing at churches, women's conferences, prisons and any number of benefit concerts.
Neysa has recorded 4 C.D.s which are available at The Christian Bread Basket in Lynn Haven.
Neysa grew up in Warner Robins, Georgia. She is a graduate of Troy University with a dual degree in Broadcast Journalism, and Music Performance. She performed with Opryland USA in Nashville, Tennessee. She's a bit of a daredevil. She's jumped with the Golden Knights parachute demonstration team and has even flown an F-16 with the "Thunderbirds". One of her greatest thrills was carrying the Olympic torch for the 2002 Winter Games in Utah.
She lives in Panama City Beach with her husband Alex, a retired Navy Chief.
