PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG) - The 8th Annual Stuff The Bus Toy Drive is underway with a big goal for area kids. Jordan McCool was live with the event organizer, Skip Bondur, with an update on how its going.
The drive kicked off Sunday night. (WJHG/WECP) -
This year the bus is at the 23rd Street Walmart, and Bondur says they're looking to get 10,000 toys, 1,000 pairs of shoes, and 10,000 pounds of food.
Bondur has been on top of the bus since Sunday night and will not come down until the end of the drive on December 18. In the meantime, anyone can come by and drop off a toy for local children in need. He said giving back to the kids is the true spirit of the holidays.
